Welcome to September. We are less than two months from Election Day, and everyone is feeling anxious and excited.

Local Democrats and Biden/Harris supporters are turning all that energy into positive action. We have had several successful sign waving events, with more to come. To find out about future events, join our Facebook group -- SMC DAG (Democratic Action Group).

Busy week

This is a busy week for Democrats. Of course, the Democratic National Convention will take place (virtually). You can find the full schedule here: https://www.demconvention.com/schedule-and-speakers/

Also, tonight the Democratic Club will hold a Zoom meeting at 7pm. Click this link to attend.

Finally, please join us on Thursday evening at 7pm for the second forum in our series: Shut Up and Listen: It's My Turn to Speak. We will be hearing from members of the LGBTQIA+ community about their experiences in St. Mary's County. We will stream the event on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
